The quality of our Ardèche chestnuts is preserved as much as possible by sorting manually and minimizing the sugar level in most products.

The manna from the forests of the Ardèche is much more than a staple food: it is a noble product from which real delicacies are made. The transformation takes place in a processing workshop located in Jaujac.
The quality of our Ardèche chestnuts is preserved as much as possible by carrying out a manual sorting and by minimizing the sugar content in most products.

COMBALLE und BOUCHE ROUGE auf 5 Hektar in
Aizac wird im Herzen des Regionalparks der Ardèche biologisch angebaut und
des Kastaniengebiets der Ardèche mit geschützter Ursprungsbezeichnung.
Kastanien und Verarbeitung
Das Manna aus den Wäldern der Ardèche ist weit mehr als ein Grundnahrungsmittel: Es ist ein edles Produkt, das zu echten Delikatessen verarbeitet wird. Die Transformation findet in einer in Jaujac gelegenen Verarbeitungswerkstatt statt.
Die Qualität unserer Ardèche-Kastanien wird so weit wie möglich erhalten, free from Hand sortiert und der Zuckergehalt in den meisten Produkten minimiert wird.
